luckin Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the luckin platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and apply to all users who access or use the luckin platform at luckin.bet.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the luckin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the luckin platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the luckin platform management. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the luckin platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the luckin platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. luckin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify the luckin support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure that the personal information in your account is always up to date and accurate.
Luckin reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to protect account security. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is completed.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Luckin platform users agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive to platform operations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Submitting false or misleading information during registration or while using the services.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system through unauthorised means or multiple accounts.
- Any form of fraud or manipulation that harms the platform or other users.
Violation of any of the above rules grants luckin the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of credit balance, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the luckin platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX from major Malaysian banks and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. FPX and Touch 'n Go are typically processed instantly, while direct bank transfers may take up to one hour depending on the bank and time of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the platform's standard identity verification procedures. luckin reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete to ensure transaction security. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to 3 business days in certain cases.
- The deposit and withdrawal methods used must be registered under the same name as the account holder.
- Luckin does not cover any transaction fees charged by third-party financial service providers.
- Any suspicious transactions may be temporarily frozen pending investigation.
- All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The luckin platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, luckin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or game outcomes.
Account Suspension & Closure
Luckin reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the luckin platform, including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and software code, is the property of luckin or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The luckin platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as game providers. luckin is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Luckin reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Your continued use of the luckin platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
